|Ruth has been associated with Hill Top since 1998 when her son, Harry, started high school. She joined the Board upon Harry’s graduation. She has a Master’s of Science in Information Technology from Drexel University. She recently retired from owning her own company. Ruth lives in Lafayette Hill, PA with her husband, Seth, and their three of their children.|

Bob has provided consulting and support services in the commercial advertising and K-12 educational environment for over 24 years. He has also developed and presented hundreds of technology-based instructional training programs and event lectures in a wide-range of subjects.
Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education/Early Childhood Development and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Studies from The Ohio State University, and a Masters degree in Education in Instructional Technology Integration from Arcadia University.

Tim joined the Board in 2015, and lends great financial knowledge and attention to detail. Tim and his wife, Judith Buick-Wisecarver, live in Berwyn, PA, and currently have a son enrolled at Hill Top.

Dr. Wycoff is a nationally certified school psychologist, and college professor whose special focus is on Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT). She teaches courses about animals in the family system, human-animal interactions, AAT, and the potential links between family violence and animal abuse.
Kirby holds a Doctor of Psychology degree from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University, a Masters of Education in School Psychology from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lehigh University.
